Joe Mahoney

As Director of Real Estate Development, Joe is responsible for development in the Midwest with a focus on industrial, office and retail projects. He manages land acquisition; project feasibility; obtaining entitlements; design and construction coordination; and oversight of the marketing, leasing and sale of each project. Joe joined the Opus team with over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Opus, Joe worked for a boutique development and investment firm where he was responsible for a portfolio of retail properties comprising over one million square feet. He also has experience working in the real estate group of a Fortune 50 company and with a multifamily developer. Joe recently completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
