Joe C. Litten is a First Vice President in the San Francisco office of CBRE Capital Markets. Mr. Litten is responsible for marketing and origination of HUD FHA construction and permanent financing for multifamily and healthcare properties with a focus on affordable housing projects. Mr. Litten closed the first FHA-Insured Low Income Housing Tax Credit Pilot transactions in the nation.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Litten had specialized since 1975 in providing financial advisory and investment banking services in public finance, primarily in association with affordable housing and redevelopment transactions. Mr. Litten has closed over 250 affordable multifamily housing bond transactions totaling more than $3 billion.
