Joe is a Vice President of Asset Management for SomeraRoad, overseeing the firm’s portfolio of stabilized and net-leased commercial real estate assets across the country. Joe also assists on construction projects with heavy capital improvement and creative rehabilitation. Joe joined SomeraRoad at inception in 2016.
