Joe Leavitt joined Avison Young in March of 2013 as Vice President of Capital Markets and the Industrial Group. Joe specializes in the representation of property owners, investors, buyers and tenants. Since 2004, he has been involved in the leasing and sales of industrial properties, as well as investment properties and land sales.

Joe began his commercial real estate career at the age of 20 while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas full-time, pursuing his degree in business management and real estate. Prior to joining Avison Young, Joe was a Vice President, Shareholder, and Partner of the Las Vegas office of Lee & Associates.

He has represented numerous clients in industrial deals involving square footage in excess of 284,000, in addition to land sales in excess of over 140 acres, for a total of more than 200 transactions valued at approximately $295 million.
