Joe Finley

Joe Finley, regional president of commercial banking for TriState Capital Bank, is responsible for the overall management of commercial banking-related activities in the eastern Pennsylvania market. Prior to joining TriState Capital, Joe served as vice president and group manager in the Pennsylvania Commercial Banking Division at one of the largest bank and trust providers in the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Drexel University. Joe is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Union League of Philadelphia, and several other local organizations.
