Joe Elder is part of CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties in South Texas, working with investors on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout San Antonio and South Texas. Joe advises investors and owners on capital markets trends and asset underwriting in order to help them achieve their overall investment goals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Elder was an intern at Cushman & Wakefield | San Antonio Commercial advisors where he focused on property research and marketing development.
