Joe Bauhof

Joe Bauhof is an associate with a background in supply chain and economics. As an associate of the Cleveland Capital Markets team, Joe will be focusing his efforts on real estate solutions supporting the auction of retail, industrial, and office clientele. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Joe strives to add value to his clients through detailed analytics and superior customer service. As an associate Joe will be working with Mark Abood on the capital markets team, where he will gain a new exposure to commercial real estate as well as the auction process. It is here, that he hopes to be in contact with all of retail, office, and industrial properties. Joe hopes to apply his supply chain/distribution background to industrial clientele in the future. Before coming to Colliers Cleveland, Joe earned his B.A. in economics from The Pennsylvania State University. During his tenure, he spent three summers working in the supply chain engineering field, two of which were at Precision Distribution Consulting Inc., a global supply chain firm based out of York, PA. There, he worked on warehouse and distribution center design, as well as last mile delivery optimization projects for companies such as Domino's Pizza and the Walt Disney Company.
