Joe Bass

Joe Bass has more than 35 years of integrated experience in design, construction, and real estate development for Hillwood’s industrial and logistics program. He is responsible for the oversight and management of the expanding development and construction teams across all regions to drive consistency in process and product for Hillwood’s customers, partners, and investors. Joe is a registered architect and has been involved with the development of over 110M SF of office, healthcare, and industrial product. Before joining Hillwood, Joe was a practicing architect with HKS and later served as Senior Construction Manager with Trammell Crow Company. Joe graduated from Texas A & M University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves on the North Central Texas Council of Governments’ Regional Codes Coordinating Committee.
