Because of his experience as both a Broker and Business Owner, Joe’s highly effective in solution-focused consultation; advising his clients in the areas of Strategic Planning, Asset Acquisition and Disposition, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Lease Structure and Negotiating, Tenant Relations, Marketing and Asset Management. On a personal note, Joe loves being a father to his three children and “Papa” to his granddaughter Vivienne. He is also an active part of the community in which he lives.
