With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Joe Anderson specializes in representing building owners and tenants with the leasing, acquisition and disposition of Industrial, R&D/Flex, and Office properties. Joe and his team at JLL are recognized as one of the leading Brokerage teams in San Diego County. Joe's clients include both Institutional and Private Client Landlords/Investors as well as large, Fortune 500 Corporations, to small, entrepreneurial local businesses.
Joe is a member of JLL's National Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Team, a team of roughly 100 professionals throughout the US and abroad that helps clients make strategic real estate decisions by analyzing the intersection of real estate and the larger operating costs across their supply chain.
Joe and his team use their passion for client service, energy, creativity, and persistence to help their clients reach their objectives. Joe and his team strive to understand each client's financial and business objectives, analysing their immediate needs and long-term goals, so that they can craft strategic and proactive solutions to their real estate strategy.
Joe's transaction experience varies from large, complex lease transactions in excess of 200,000 SF and large portfolio sales in excess of $75 million to helping start-up and rapidly growing clients plan their real estate strategy.
Prior to joining JLL, Joe was with ECP Commercial, a small boutique firm, where he began his real estate career focusing on Industrial Brokerage, Owner/User Sales and Private Client Investment Sales. While at ECP, Joe completed over 500 lease and sale transactions, including several off-market, private client investment transactions in San Diego County ranging from $2M to $20M.
