As Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Group in Houston, TX, Jock co-leads the multifamily investment sales platform for the Houston-Gulf Coast region. Mr. Naponic’s focus is advising multifamily owners and developers in Houston and the Gulf Coast region.

Previously, Jock served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Morgan Group, a Houston-based multifamily development and investment firm. In that role, he led the strategy and execution efforts for Morgan’s acquisition platform and during his five (5) years with the firm, successfully acquired over 3,400 units equating to approximately $700 million in multifamily asset value.

Before joining Morgan Group, he held commercial real estate underwriting and origination roles at Bank of America in Dallas and the Bank of the Ozarks in Houston. He opened the latter’s Houston Loan Production Office in 2012, managing over $1 billion in financing and origination.

Jock Naponic received a B.B.A in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and a Masters in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at SMU.
