Joanna Stevens

Joanna Stevens joined Emerald Creek Capital in November of 2017. As an associate with the firm, she specializes in business development, loan origination, and underwriting. Previously, Ms. Stevens was the Project Administrator for Related Companies and Related Group where she was responsible for contract management and operations for a re-development project on Fort Lauderdale Beach. She graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's Degree in Family Science and began her career working with non-profit agencies in her native state of New York. Ms. Stevens is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network of Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton.
