Joanna Rotonde Manfro is Managing Director of Northeast Retail Investment Sales within Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors (RIA) team, bringing over 15 years of principal-side experience and more than $2 billion in closed transactions. Her institutional background, deep relationships, and firsthand ownership perspective immediately differentiate her in the competitive Northeast capital markets landscape.

Joanna specializes in retail and mixed-use assets, with a primary focus on suburban shopping centers across the Northeast. She has executed a wide range of complex transactions, including JV partnerships, tax-efficient structures, partial-interest acquisitions, and multi-asset portfolio trades. Known for her disciplined approach and unmatched market intelligence, Joanna has built a strong reputation for sourcing off-market opportunities and elevating asset value through strategic positioning.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets platform, Joanna held key acquisition and portfolio roles at RPT Realty, Regency Centers, and Urstadt Biddle Properties, where she played a pivotal role in expanding institutional presence throughout the region. Her leadership, vision, and consistent results have earned her numerous industry recognitions over the years.
