Since stepping into the commercial and industrial real estate industry after several years of contributing to the growth and success of corporate retail enterprises, Joanna has exceled in leading marketing efforts for leasing and disposition assignments, providing site selection services for tenants, buyers, and investors in the marketplace, lease abstracting, lease comparison analysis, financial proforma analysis, lease vs. purchase analysis, and market lease and sale reports.

Joanna's prior experience encompasses project management, strategic planning, resource utilization, revenue growth, sales, and cost reduction. Joanna came to the United States from Poland approximately 20 years ago. During that time, she immediately entered the workforce, graduated from high school and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. Joanna is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and a licensed Realtor in New Jersey.
