Bio
Jin is a Managing Director at BridgeRock Capital, an advisor to U.S. and international institutions making commercial real estate investments in the U.S. Jin has completed $1 billion of successful commercial real estate debt transactions with Korean investors and U.S. sponsors.
Prior to working at BridgeRock, Jin was a Managing Director at Talmage where he built a successful Korea advisory and servicing business. Prior to that, Jin was the Global Head of Warehouse Lending at Goldman Sachs, in charge of originating and risk managing portfolios of structured loans.
Jin has a JD from Yale Law School and a BS in Cognitive Science from UCLA.
