Jimmy Zhan

Mr. Zhan is an investment professional in Oaktree's Real Estate group. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2012, Mr. Zhan spent two years in the Real Estate group at Lazard Frères & Co. and a year in the M&A group at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Zhan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
