Jim Vozza

Jim Vozza is a Senior Vice President of CBRE Business Lending, a division of CBRE's Debt and Structured Finance group. The team originates, underwrites and closes commercial real estate mortgages for owner-occupied and income producing properties under $15 million. Jim is a designated multifamily producer in the Midwest for CBRE's Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan Program.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jim was a Vice President with GE Capital Real Estate and EverBank's Commercial Real Estate Group, where he spent 13 years focusing on commercial mortgage originations. Before joining GE Capital in 2001, Jim was a Commercial Loan Officer with LaSalle Bank, where he was responsible for commercial loan originations. During his career, Jim has completed over $750 million in debt and equity financing on owner-occupied and income producing properties. Jim is a 1997 graduate of the University of Illinois, where he completed a degree in Accounting.
