Jim Rollins is a 1967 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science & Construction. He acquired his Georgia Real Estate License in 1973 and spent years working for Georgia Power in the roles of Economic Development Sales & Engineering and National Retail Chain Account Management.  Jim joined The Summit Group team in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. 

The Summit Group was founded in May 1994, by three seasoned commercial real estate veterans who brought over 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience. The founding partners of The Summit Group sought to establish an organization where teamwork and cooperation would flourish. When you choose to work with The Summit Group, you’re choosing an expert team with your best interest in mind.

Simply put – we do things differently. The commercial real estate industry is often trying, even between team members and co-workers. However, this is not the case with The Summit Group. We maintain close contact within the group and uphold a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. We strongly emphasize collaboration and cooperation helping each other in an effort to provide clients with the best real estate purchasing or leasing experience available.

The team at The Summit Group has a long history of getting real estate deals done quickly and efficiently. Our sales and leasing team is among the most knowledgeable and experienced in the region, with over 100 years of collective real estate experience. Additionally, we’re committed to and actively engaged in our community, supporting numerous social organizations, schools, and civic organizations.

For over 20 years, The Summit Group’s commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service has led to us becoming the premier commercial real estate provider in Middle Georgia. Our primary service areas are in the counties of Baldwin, Bibb, Houston, Jones, Laurens, Peach, and Twiggs. However, we are active in other counties and handle transactions statewide.
