Jim Nakagawa

Mr. Nakagawa joined ShopCore’s predecessor in 1994 and has over 22 years of shopping center experience. Previously, Mr. Nakagawa served as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies, including, Excel Trust Corporation, Price Legacy Corporation, and Excel Legacy Corporation. Prior to those roles, Mr. Nakagawa was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Nakagawa received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from San Diego State University, where he currently serves on the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy Advisory Board. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
