Jim Korinek identifies and executes optimal financing solutions to achieve client objectives. This includes long-term mortgages, bridge financings, construction loans, mezzanine loans, NNN financing, preferred equity and joint ventures. With over 30 years of property finance experience, Jim executes capitalizations in all of the primary property types in addition to hospitality and medical office. He has expertise in recapitalizations, redevelopment financing, construction/permanent loans, and value-enhancement opportunities.
Jim brings his clients an understanding of the needs of both property owners and mortgage financiers based on his experience as both an institutional mortgage investor and as the Chief Investment Officer for two private real estate firms. He provides a national perspective to his clients having closed transactions in 37 states with an emphasis in California and the Northwest as well as the Northeast, Mid-West, and the Mid-Atlantic. He has completed more than $2 Billion in capitalizations.
