Bio
In 37 years with CBRE, Jim has worked with a wide variety of Sacramento landlords in leasing over 7 million square feet to public sector tenants. In addition to advisory and transaction activities for landlords, Jim has represented the Judicial Council of California, Power School and Cigna in large leases and various clients in the acquisition and disposition of development sites.
Jim's major clients have included Cigna, Princeton Holdings, LLC, Judicial Council of California, CalPERS and Uplift Family Services.
Major recent accomplishments include leasing over 60,000 sq. ft. to the Judicial Council of California, 61,000 sq. ft. to Power School and 70,000 sq. ft. to the Board of Equalization at 621 Capitol Mall, as well as site acquisitions for the State Compensation Insurance Fund and Sacramento Superior Court, and site disposition for Uplift Family Services. In addition, Jim represented Chavez Properties in the acquisition of four buildings totaling 190,000 sq. ft. in 2018.
