Jim Ingebritsen

Jim has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, during which he has worked extensively in the acquisition, asset management and portfolio management of commercial property throughout the western U.S. and Hawaii. Under his leadership, well over 200 buildings have been purchased, repositioned and monetized, encompassing aggregate transaction volume in excess of $4B. As Managing Partner & President of Parallel Capital Partners, he is responsible for the firm’s management activities, co-chairs the investment committee, and serves on the senior management committee.
