Bio
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and manages over 30 pre-development properties for Tarragon. He transitioned to Tarragon for the opportunity to work on project/property management and to be outside in a hands-on role in construction and maintenance activities. The properties Jim manages range from large acreage and leased farmland to single-family residential rentals. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology ED from College of the Ozarks in Missouri. He spends his free time RV camping, fishing, gardening, remodeling, and traveling to visit family around the country.
