James Flinn

Mr. Flinn is Executive Vice President of the Debt and Structured Finance team at CBRE Affordable Housing, where his primary focus is on building and growing the originations aspect of the GSE Debt platform.

Mr. Flinn previously held the position of Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to his work at Jones Lang LaSalle, he spent 17 years at Red Capital, holding positions including Underwriter, Transaction Originator and Managing Director. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in Section 8 housing, LIHTC and tax exempt bond transactions, debt structuring, and cash flow analysis.
