Jim Ferris

Jim joined CBRE in 2021. His main responsibilities include assisting senior producers in originating, underwriting, researching, structuring, and closing the office's debt and equity transactions. He is also responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks, debt funds, life insurance companies, and the agencies.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jim worked for CA Ventures where he was responsible for sourcing and closing debt transactions for CA’s industrial, senior housing, and multifamily platforms. Before CA, Jim worked for Kaufman Hall, a leading financial advisor to health care systems across the United States. While at Kaufman Hall, Jim focused primarily in the areas of bond financing, derivative structuring, capital structure management, and credit positioning.
