Jim Driggs

Jim Driggs is a Managing Director in the National Quality Assurance Group of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Jim is responsible for ensuring all Trammell Crow Residential projects exceed TCR standards for architectural, building code, accessibility, waterproof, and various other disciplines.

Prior to joining TCR in 1997, Jim worked in construction for Cadence McShane Inc., a commercial construction general contractor. Prior to that, Jim was an Operations Manager for Landecor Construction.

Jim received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Science in Science Education from the University of Texas at Dallas. Based in Austin, Jim continues his education, earning substantial hours in Texas Real Estate Inspector, NCRA, Accessibility and other core building courses.
