Bio
Jim has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, tenant and landlord representation, underwriting and debt/equity origination. He began his career as an auditor and started in real estate with Colliers B&K in Denver as a real estate leasing and sales broker. Since returning to Cleveland in 2003, Jim has structured and closed equity and debt transactions with a total capitalized value in excess of $4 billion. This includes debt financing, as well as various investments into office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotels, self-storage, and parking assets. He has also advised clients in negotiating discounted payoffs, note sales, equity and joint venture structuring, property valuation, lease review and investor return analysis.
