Jim Crews

Mr. Crews has over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience. This includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management for various institutions with multi-family holdings in the Southwest.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Crews was the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions/Asset Management for Windsor Capital, a Phoenix based mid-size syndication group. He was also previously the Western Region Manager of Acquisitions and Dispositions for United Dominion Realty Trust, the nation's third largest multi-family REIT. Over the past 10 years, he has been instrumental in closing over $1 billion in multi-family transactions.

Mr. Crews is a licensed real estate salesperson and he has obtained the CCIM designation. A graduate of Colorado State University, Mr. Crews holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
