Jim Casey is the City Leader and Senior Managing Director of the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. His primary focus is managing the Houston business unit, including its people, customers and investments. He is involved in client and partner relationships, as well as deal sourcing, structuring, and execution of acquisition, development and investment opportunities in the Houston area. Jim has worked for Trammell Crow Company since 1987 in the Houston market. He has extensive experience in speculative projects, build-to-suits and fee developments. He has extensive relationships in Houston, and is actively involved in multiple industry and community organizations and boards.
