Bio
Jim is a senior managing director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking. His primary responsibilities include debt and joint venture equity placements for owners of office, retail, multi-housing and industrial properties. During the course of his career, Jim has been involved in more than $5.8 billion in transactions.
