Jim Boyce

Jim brings nearly thirty years of professional experience in the construction and real estate development industry. His experience has run the gamut throughout a multitude of asset types and classes ranging from educational and institutional facilities to mixed-use multi-family projects. He and his teams have successfully delivered projects totaling in excess of $1 billion in construction and development costs. Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with a minor in Business Administration. He also holds professional licensure in the the state of Florida as a Certified General Contractor and an Independent All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.
