Jim Bailey

James P. Bailey, Jr. is Vice Chairman in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) of Texas, Inc. He was previously Senior Vice President with Cushman Realty Corporation, which merged with C&W in 2001. Specializing in tenant representation, Mr. Bailey has 30 years of experience assisting clients with their office space requirements.

Mr. Bailey's real estate career began in 1988 while in graduate school. Prior to joining Cushman Realty in 1992, he was with a Houston-based brokerage firm that specialized in representing tenants throughout Houston and elsewhere. Mr. Bailey also has extensive experience in building management and asset management. He consistently ranks among the top brokers in Houston in transaction volume, and is a Top 10 Producer for C& W worldwide, having completed some of the largest lease transactions ever in Houston including Dynegy, Chevron, Fulbright & Jaworski, Shell and PXP. He has also brokered some of the largest building sales and purchases on behalf of his corporate clients, including Energy Transfer Partners, Koch Industries and Anadarko.
