Jill Benitez

Jill oversees the day-to-day operations of our entire portfolio and serves as the interface between property management, asset management, and ownership. In addition to supervising our property managers and establishing best practices in tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, capital projects, and risk management, Jill directs non-TI building improvements and capital repairs and replacements. She also ensures the successful transition of property acquisitions and dispositions. Jill has 40 years of experience in real estate, including more than 30 years in property operations and asset management. Prior to joining ECP in 2008, Jill was vice president of property management for William Wilson & Associates where she oversaw a five million square foot portfolio of Class A office properties. Jill attended Cornell University. She is a member of BOMA San Francisco.
