Bio
Jessica has been involved in over $3B of real estate transactions in her career. Having joined JEM in 2014, Jessica runs all aspects of acquisition, disposition, asset management, and investor relations for JEM Holdings. She is responsible for the evaluation of new acquisition and development opportunities, transaction execution, asset management of JEM’s office and multifamily portfolio, and oversight of the property management teams. Prior to joining JEM, Jessica held roles at Silverstein Properties, overseeing a 3 million square foot Manhattan office portfolio; in Brookfield’s opportunistic private equity fund; and in commercial mortgage origination at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Jessica earned her Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate.
