Jessica Raymond is the Executive Vice President of Atlantic Development & Investments, Inc. where her work focuses on originations and successfully seeing projects through to 8609. Jessica holds a PhD in Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin and is a National Association of Homebuilder's Housing Credit Certified Professional. Her academic background and social justice values inform her "financial feminist" approach to affordable real estate development. Jessica is a mission-driven developer and was a 2022 Greater Phoenix Chamber Athena Award nominee.
