Bio
Jessica Burke is a Minneapolis-based Senior Production Analyst with Debt and Structured Finance within CBRE Capital Markets. Jessica and the team specialize in debt and structured placement for commercial and multifamily property primarily in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and the Greater United States. She is responsible for financial underwriting, market and financial analysis, loan submission packaging and loan closings. Jessica works with a variety of capital sources and investors; life insurance companies, domestic and international banks, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD and investment banks.
Prior to joining the CBRE team In March 2015, Jessica worked with HFF in Washington, DC as an analyst in their Debt and Equity Placement group and locally in Minneapolis as an Associate with the Excelsior Group. While with HFF, Jessica was a member of a team that underwrote over $3 Billion in debt and equity transactions across all asset and transaction types. While with the Excelsior Group, Jessica worked on the residential land development team, coordinating the engineering, approvals and delivery of hundreds of single-family lots to residential builders around the Twin Cities.
Jessica is an active member of the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP's Deveoping Leaders Group, and most recently served on the University Challenge Committee. Jessica also currently serves as a mentor for high school students through the Minnesota chapter of national non-profit Minds Matter, whose goal is to provide a path to four-year college for high-performing, low-income high school students in the Twin Cities.
