Since joining CBRE in late 2016, Mr Zarouk has closed or been engaged to finance approximately $2.0 billion dollars of acquisition and refinance assignments on a wide array of asset types, locations, and loan structures throughout the United States.
His portfolio of representative transactions has varied from a $500.0 million construction loan on a vacant mixed use property in downtown Los Angeles, to a $5.0 million fixed rate loan on a limited service hotel in upstate New York.
Mr. Zarouk has found success taking on some of the most challenging debt assignments by using a very hands on, curated approach to each opportunity. He offers clients 15 years of lending experience at Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald, market leading aggressive fee structures, and CBRE's international brand and resources.
His track record has quickly established himself as one of the leaders with CBRE's Los Angeles office.
Before joining CBRE, Jesse was a Managing Director in the commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets businesses at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) in both their New York and Los Angeles Offices. Prior to CCRE, Jesse was a Vice President at Credit Suisse in their Commercial Mortgage group. Over his 15 year career as a lender, he originated, structured, closed and sold transactions totaling $4.0 billion, earning a reputation for having deep client relationships, as well as offering superior customer service, creative solutions, and fluid transaction management.
