Bio
Mr. Wilson is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Stratford Partners. In addition to co-heading the acquisitions group and the general strategy of the firm Mr. Wilson’s primary responsibilities include lender relationships, financial and transactional oversight, investor reporting, and company operations. Prior to founding Stratford Partners, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President of Acquisitions with RedHill Realty Investors. In that capacity, Mr. Wilson sourced and executed the acquisition of over $250 million in Multi‐Family assets across the western U.S., alongside institutional joint venture partners including RREEF, Blackrock, AEW, GE, and Babson Capital. Prior to his Acquisition activities, Mr. Wilson spent time in RedHill’s Asset Management Group, which oversees the operations of RedHill’s entire portfolio.
Prior to RedHill, Mr. Wilson worked as real estate analyst for the Corky McMillin Companies, a major owner and developer of residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California and Texas. Mr. Wilson began his career in accounting with Damitz, Brooks, Nightingale in Santa Barbara, CA. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
