Jesse leads acquisitions and is involved in development management in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. He is involved in all aspects of Lowe’s business development process, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and capital raising. Jesse has a decade of institutional real estate investment experience across various asset classes, including for-sale residential, multifamily, office, and industrial. Previously, Jesse held investment and asset management roles at AIG Global Real Estate where he led the underwriting and management of nearly $2 billion in real estate assets. Jesse is a California licensed real estate broker, a ULI San Francisco Capital Markets Co-Chair and NAIOP member. Jesse enjoys international travel and outdoor adventures.
