Jesse Nemec

As Senior Development Manager, Jesse manages projects from the basic opportunity of a property to be developed through construction permitting, bidding, and construction management. He has a long history working for both local and national developers as well as corporate retail. His past experience includes planning and designing industrial and business parks, along with miles of new public arterials, collectors, and widening projects. Jesse's experience in design and construction management gives him insight on what to expect on a project from conception all the way to asset management and redevelopment.

On the weekends, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and Labrador retriever. You can often find him camping, hiking, rebuilding sports cars, and volunteering for his church.
