Jesse Lowe joined Newmark in 2016 as a managing director in the La Jolla, California, office, bringing with him more than 19 years of experience in the debt and structured finance industry.
Mr. Lowe has participated in debt origination, equity placement and sales transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion. He has transacted on properties for both individual private clients and large institutions throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Lowe joined Newmark after a successful tenure with Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) practice, which provides a full range of real estate financial services, including debt and equity financing, recapitalizations, loan sales and advisory services for all commercial product types. Debt financing sources include agency financing (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), life insurance companies, Wall Street investment banks, debt funds and regional banks.
Mr. Lowe's professional and personal affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Henry's Fork Foundation and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Lowe attended the University of San Diego, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration (international emphasis) and a minor in Spanish.
