Bio
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CEG Capital Partners, Jerry focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of investment opportunities and construction management operations. Jerry has had a varied career in real estate, beginning with the entitlement and development of luxury single family and multi family residential.
Over the last decade, he has transitioned into acquiring underperforming commercial properties and successfully repositioning them into a portfolio of stabilized assets. Jerry’s other business interests include the operation of a top performing insurance company and several luxury kitchen and bath showrooms.
A San Diego native, he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Political Science from UCLA. Proficient in five languages, Jerry has a passion for foreign studies and is an avid world traveller. His biggest passion is his 3 year old pup, Lucy, who can be found participating in the day to day operations at CEG.
