Jerry Murphy

As Senior Vice President of Investments, Jerry is responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing new acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Jerry spent more than 7 years in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently Jerry was at the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC, where he was involved in the management of investments totalling approximately $1.3 billion of equity invested across multiple asset classes and markets as well as real estate debt securities on behalf of Carlyle’s U.S. real estate funds. Jerry began his career at Fannie Mae, where he participated in strategic planning, research, and new product development for the multifamily lending and investment side of the company. Jerry received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
