Bio

Jerry Joseph is Managing Director in the investment sales division at RIPCO Real estate. He has recently joined the New Jersey team in 2023 and he’s the market expert in the submarkets of East Essex and Hudson County.

 

Jerry initially worked as a residential real estate agent after getting his license in 2014. He prospected commercial real estate owners and even transacted on a mixed use six-unit property. He then started in the commercial real estate business in which 2015 as an investment sales associate, now with RIPCO Real estate he’s developed skills to brainstorm with his clients, underwrite, and strategically put together deals. His extensive client base includes developers, sophisticated investors and local business operators. His success in brokerage can be attributed to his ability to build trust with his clients and his un-compromised integrity.

 

Simply put, Jerry whom now is tasked with helping to build out the investment sales division at RIPCO real estate New Jersey office, gives his clients the competitive edge in any market cycle and always ensures their goals are met.

 

Jerry grew up in Elizabeth, New Jersey and later attended Bloomfield College where he studied business management.
