Jerry Benson

Jerry Benson is the Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast region. He is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development and property management of all investments in the region. Jerry’s experience includes the development of over 1.6 million square feet of industrial properties and he has executed over $750 million of acquisitions of multiple property types across 13 states in the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Jerry was the Asset and Construction Manager for McCraney Property Company, a Florida based industrial development company. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from Central Washington University. He is an active member of NAIOP and serves on the Membership Committee.
