Bio
Jeremy is a Senior Managing Director and head of the Phoenix office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the United States, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Phoenix office. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has completed a broad range of capitalizations, including construction, bridge and conventional debt placements along with subordinate debt and joint venture equity financings.
Jeremy started at HFF's Austin office in February 2013 and relocated to head its Phoenix location when it opened in May 2016. Before that, he worked at Trinity Real Estate Finance and Ernst & Young.
Education and affiliations
Jeremy holds a BS in Finance from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and MRED Advisory Board for ASU.
