Bio

Jeremy White joined The Grupe Company in 1994. In 1996, he graduated from University of the Pacific with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management and joined Kjeldsen, Sinnock and Neudeck, Inc., a civil engineering firm. He returned to Grupe in 1998. In 1999, he obtained his Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering from the State of California. He is responsible for Grupe’s residential development including acquisitions, forward planning, development and construction. As Chief Operating Officer, he’s an integral part of Grupe’s strategic planning and company operations.

He is a past President of the Building Industry Association of the Delta, is actively involved with the California Building Industry Association and is currently a member of its Government Affairs Committee. Jeremy was appointed by the City Council and served two five-year terms as a commissioner on the City of Stockton’s Development Oversight Commission. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and sits on the silver flight of its Community Development Council. Jeremy has also served on the Board of Directors of the local YMCA and been involved with several youth organizations.
