Jeremy Oremland, senior vice president of Magellan Development Group LLC, is responsible for evaluating residential, retail, and mixed-use development opportunities nationwide. In this capacity, Jeremy is involved in the financial structuring, design, entitlement, construction, marketing, and sales of all Magellan projects including building development efforts related to Lakeshore East, the company’s premier master-planned mixed-use urban community. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Our expertise creates the ultimate lifestyle experience for our residents. From concept to completion, all of our real estate development services are designed with the environment in mind. We promote sustainability by minimizing the carbon footprint of our projects and considering the environment throughout the process; we have been committed to sustainability for the past several decades.
