Jeremy Nussbaum

With over 14 years of experience and located in Walker & Dunlop’s Englewood Cliff’s office, Jeremy Nussbaum, Senior Director, provides customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties across the United States. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Nussbaum served as a mortgage broker at Deerwood Capital Real Estate where he originated commercial loans, handled loan closings, and closed in excess of $120 million in less than three years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nussbaum served as an account executive for ResMAE Mortgage Corporation in California where he reviewed loan packages, submitted an average of $5 million in loans per month, and had an existing base of over 40 brokers to drive business. He began his career as a residential mortgage broker for Honey Mae Home Loans where he entered the finance industry and rose to sales manager is less than 2 years. Mr. Nussbaum received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ramapo College in New Jersey. Beyond the company, he is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has volunteered at several food banks.
