Jeremy Lynch serves as a Director for Berkadia’s Philadelphia Mortgage Banking platform. Starting in 2011 as a talented analyst, he was promptly promoted to Associate Director, and again in 2019 to his current role as Director. With nearly a decade of experience in multifamily and industrial transactions, in addition to many valued lender and client relationships forged along the way, Jeremy possesses the right balance of in-depth market knowledge, tenacity, and attention to detail to produce consistently superior results for his clients year after year. To date, he has collaborated on transactions valued at over $7 billion.

A Philadelphia native, Jeremy is a graduate of Villanova University. He and his wife, Jen, are world travelers and explorers, having trekked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. They recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Sloane, to their family.
